Adult Education & Spiritual Growth
The Adult Education & Spiritual Growth committee offers programs, based upon requests, ranging from one session to eight weeks. Programs offered to date, and being planned for the future, include Explorations in Scripture and Theology, Living our Faith Affinity Groups, and Creative Expression.

Young Adults
At SP&SA;, we seek to be relevant and responsive in a variety of ways to young adults ages 18-35. Young adults both participate in and provide leadership for the overall mission and life of the church. Our Young Adult Fellowship plans events designed just for the young adults of SP&SA.; From monthly brunches, to seasonal Bible studies to missional and fellowship outings there is a place for you! Campus Ministry
For almost 25 years, SP&SA; has staffed the United Methodist Campus Ministry Office at Columbia University to serve the spiritual needs of undergraduate and graduate students, staff, and faculty. Because of our congregation’s commitment to justice and reconciliation for all persons, regardless of age, race, economic or marital status, gender or sexual orientation, many students have found a home at SP&SA; as a place where their spiritual, social, and political activism can come together. United Methodist Women (UMW)
This lay women’s organization is committed to mission and celebrates a diverse, inclusive and open membership. Members are committed to mission education, spiritual growth, social justice, and ministries with women, children and youth around the world. A nurturing fellowship provides opportunities for growing, giving, living, learning, supporting, listening as individuals and the group live out their faith.
